Dispatch is a time quoted for the package to leave our distribution centre, ready for delivery. Once dispatched you will have received a confirmation email "A shipment from order #999 is on the way" Within this email it will contain a tracking number with the items in this shipment. Dispatching usually takes 2-3 days.

- Delivery is quoted to take 4-9 working days. However, this time may vary from time to time. If longer than this please get in touch with us.

- In the confirmation email "A shipment from order #999 is on the way" you will be sent a tracking number, simply click on this number and it will redirect you to the couriers website. From there, make sure the tracking number is entered correctly. 

- Sometimes when ordering two separate product from us, we can ship them in two different packages. In the unlikelihood that this happens, you will be emailed two different tracking numbers. If both items do not turn up after the quoted delivery time, please get in touch with us.

- In this instance, the courier has still not updated the current situation of the package. This will soon update. If it still fails to update, please get in touch with us.
